Coastal breezes reach this high ground too, and the moderate salt exposure up here still shortens the working life of exposed taps and fittings compared with suburbs further inland.

For our team, Bronte is home turf, and this ridge is close enough that a week rarely goes by without a job up here. The terrace stock and the old clay runs are familiar territory, not something worked out from a map on the way over.

Explaining the basics on site takes less time as a result, since local drainage quirks in Waverley Council's patch have mostly already turned up on a previous job.

Bus routes along Bronte Road and Bondi Road keep this stretch well connected, which helps when a van needs to get here without delay.

The same day standard holds here exactly as it does everywhere else we cover, with no premium for the postcode.

This ridge sits comfortably inside our normal working radius, close enough to Bronte that it's covered as a matter of course rather than being an occasional detour.
